Was I right to leave my dysfunctional family of origin in my 20's to begin life on my own, knowing that others in my family had stayed behind trying to fix each other? Playfulness is my superpower, or so I tell people. But there is an undercurrent of guilt that keeps me from experiencing complete joy for myself.
